If your judgment has NOT been paid, why not?
You spent good money and a lot of time going to court to get the judgment. And you won! The court ruled in your favor. Now you have the judgment but you have probably found out that the courts don’t help you get paid. So now you are out even MORE money. The money in dispute with the defendant, and the money spent on lawyers, time away from work, and aggravation over the past few years of going to court with all its delays and postponements.
What was the point? Why did you bother?
Lawyers can be really good at their job of getting the judgment. But many of them have no idea what to do after that point. How do they get you the money they “won” for you in court?
There are no guarantees, but that is what I do, and the only thing I do, every day. I get my clients the money that they deserve. The money that the courts have awarded them. And at no further out of pocket cost. I get paid on commission only.
If I don’t get YOU money, I don’t get any money.
