This is what we would do to collect your judgment against your defendant. If it’s an individual, we pull a credit report and see if the defendant is paying any credit cards or a car loan. Then we’d subpoena the finance company to find out what bank the payments come from. Once we have the bank, we freeze the bank account. If there is not enough in the bank to pay the judgment in full, we subpoena bank statements so that we can see where the defendant’s income is coming from. Then we garnish his or her wages.
That is how we start…
Collecting judgments is our specialty. Your judgment is a powerful document that allows us to work through the legal and banking systems to identify your debtors’ assets, freeze them or claim them, and collect the payment that is legally owed to you. We get paid on commission only, so if we don’t collect any money, there is no cost to you. We take all the risk.
